RC F With PPE Headers and GTHaus Exhaust Flexes Muscles
If you haven’t heard anything good today, now is your chance. Just hit play on that video below, and envelop yourself in the throaty gurgle of this well-modded 2015 Lexus RC F dropping bass on some rollicking countryside in … Mexico?
Well, that’s according to the vid’s YouTube description, but judging from the landscape and the American flags flying, I’m assuming long-time Club Lexus member RCF500 is joking about that little detail. But you can’t really blame him for throwing any would-be investigators off the scent, seeing as he clearly pushes the car to 155 mph to test out the mods.
What RCF500 isn’t joking about is his car, which sports PPE Headers, a GTHaus Musa Meisterschaft Exhaust, aRotora Carbon Ceramic Brake System, and a LEMS Intake w/ AFE Filter.
Here’s what RCF500 has to say about the performance gains from the setup: “Gained 17 rwhp and 5 rwtq, but the speed limiter cut off about 500-600 RPM before it reached peak power in 6th gear, so I’m guessing anywhere from 25-30 rwhp and 8-10 rwtq. It’s a noticeable difference for sure after the headers. ”
Oh, and the sound’s noticeably different too. As folks around Mexico can probably attest.
