You all are great at making your Lexus vehicles, such as the second-generation GS, look fast even when they’re standing completely still. However, your cars still look quickest when they’re, you know, actually moving.
A lot can go wrong when you take the original engine out of a car and replace it with another one. Trust me. My first car went through that process and it didn’t end well. Then again, I’m not forum member MR2QIK, nor do I own his 2009 IS F.
When usa5655 started the build thread covering his IS F, he said he’d been super busy at work so he couldn’t post a lot of updates on his progress. Luckily, he made some room in his schedule to show us all of the improvements he made to his fast four-door.
Some people get so revved up about personalizing their Lexus cars that they go with other companies for their go-fast and look-fast hardware – and that’s Lexus’ fault.
