Teen Flips Dad’s 2016 RC F, Not the Dumbest Part of This Story
When I was a kid, I used to do a ton of stupid stuff. But I’m pretty happy to report that I never did anything this stupid. At least nothing I remember.
This idiot teenager drove his dad’s 2016 Lexus RC F into one of the cliffs on Mulholland Highway and somehow flipped the beautiful car onto its formerly beautiful side. (Pretty much the same way this stupid BMW driver flipped his formerly nice car near the same area.)
As dumb as that may sound, it’s far from the dumbest thing that happened that day. The kid left the car on before he climbed out. And not just on, but in drive! Which, even though he may have been dazed, is still pretty dumb. But still, not the dumbest part of this story.
That would have to be when the group gathered around the obviously running car decides to flip it right-side up. As you can see in the video below, if they didn’t realize the car was in drive before, they definitely figure that out when all four-tires find their proper placement and the car starts heading straight for the canyon below!
But that’s when instincts kick in. Mine probably would have elected to run out of the way of a moving vehicle, but these three heroes saved the car from certain doom, and miraculously appear to be unscathed. But still, there’s a good chance that RC-F is a total loss anyways. (Please keep in mind that being a hero doesn’t always make you smart.)
I’d say “poor dad” if I didn’t partially blame him for either allowing his kid to drive the car, or for making it possible for that to happen. Still, the new RC F wasn’t even a week old, reportedly. But hey, that’s what happens when you breed stupid kids.
