Top 10 Things You Need to Know About the 2021 LS 500

However, while the rest of the luxury world continues to catch up, Lexus and the LS stand tall, stand proud above all.
The pursuit continues, though. For 2021, the fifth-gen LS (in the form of the LS 500) carries the flag of legacy to new heights. Thus, here are the 10 things you need to know about the flagship sedan, scheduled to land in late November to make this December one to truly remember.
Who Needs Eight When Six Will Do?
The engine’s always been a key to the LS’s success. This time, it’s the 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 bringing smooth power to the high street. Output comes to 416 horses and 442 lb-ft of torque, all carried to the rear through a 10-speed automatic. An optional all-wheel-drive system with a Torsen limited-slip diff splits the power by as much as 48/52 in favor of the rear wheels, depending on conditions.
