2007 RX 400h

The 2006 RX 400h was the first hybrid crossover. It also set a new direction for hybrid vehicles, showing how they can not only improve fuel economy but also improve performance. According to Car & Driver’s long-term test, the 400h’s 0-to-60 time is 6.6 seconds, with a quarter-mile time of 15.2 seconds at 94 mph. These numbers match up with the first-generation Porsche Cayenne S. Fuel economy ranged between 24 and 27 mpg, up from the 19/25 mpg of the standard RX 330.
