Top 5 Lexus Cars of the 2010s
2. Lexus LC
A few months back, I wrote that the Lexus LC is the last great naturally aspirated GT car. Today I’m even more convinced. Its name deserves to be uttered in the same breath as the Aston Martin DBS and Mercedes-Benz AMG GT. But unlike those cars, I wouldn’t be afraid to drive the LC everywhere.
I would put the LC in four of the top five spots if I could. Give me $100,000 to spend on one car to last the rest of my life, and I’d run to the Lexus dealer shouting, “Take my money!” I frequently look at used LCs and wonder if I could live on ramen and mac and cheese to afford one. If I had the last gallon of gasoline in the world, the LC would be second on my list of cars to burn it. The next one is #1.
