Toyota and Lexus Trying to Make Life Easier for Flooded Louisianans

Yet again, tragic flooding has struck Louisiana. Thankfully, Toyota and Lexus understand.

Toyota Financial Services and Lexus Financial Services are offering relief to those folks who have been affected by the recent floods that have left thousands not just homeless, but also carless.

With such losses, can you imagine having to make payments on a vehicle that’s been destroyed? Neither can Toyota and Lexus, apparently. If you’re located in the catastrophe zone, as designated by FEMA, then you’re eligible for the following benefits, according to Torque News.

• extensions and lease deferred payments
• redirecting billing statements
• arranging phone or on-line payments

If you’re eligible, just call up Lexus’s hotline at (800) 874-7050, or email them using the Mail Center function at LexusFinancial.com. Or if you own a Toyota, use (800) 874-8822 or head to ToyotaFinanical.com.

This is just another example of Toyota and Lexus doing right by their customers during a time of need. Indeed they offered similar benefits to those affected by the government shutdown in 2013.
