Watch the RC F GT3 Storm the Nurburgring

Lexus RC F GT3

As the Lexus RC F continues to compete with the BMW M3 and the Mercedes C63 AMG in the public domain, the RC F GT3 racecar continues to make life hard for anyone around it in the realm of racing.

The racecar recently debuted at the infamous Nurburgring for a VLN race, and judging from the video below, its naturally aspirated V8 engine sounds even better in race guise than in the road going version. The RC F GT3 looks like it’s definitely ready to win at the endurance race, and from the sound of the engine, we’d be happy to take her out for a spin if Lexus needs another tester in a pinch.

The racecars have a wider stance, massive rear wing and front splitter, and all the pomp and circumstance that’s afforded to cars of this caliber. Although interestingly enough, almost everything besides the race hips, wing, and diffuser looks to be ripped straight off the road going car.

Hopefully, if this car is successful enough, Lexus will build an RC F racing edition for the streets. Or at least one can hope.
