Speed matters. And while the LC 500 is not that quickest around the block, its 0-60 time of 4.4 is more than respectable when compared to most luxury autos. The Lexus V8 boasts 471 hp and 398 lb.-ft. of torque. While not the most impressive figures, the exhaust notes they produce are hauntingly enjoyable.
Far greater than the performance, however, is the styling believes Forbes. It’s hard to disagree. The LC 500 is quite possibly one of the best looking mass-production vehicles available at the moment. It screams performance, demands recognition, and exudes luxury.
“There are few cars on the road which command this much attention,” says Forbes. “It truly looks like an exotic hypercar.”
Crisp lines traverse the body in elegant fashion. The iconic Lexus woven front grille mesmerizes. The wheels stand proud and exotic. The tail lights leap off the vehicle, and the flush door handles button-up a truly sleek exterior. Every detail of the LC 500’s styling was executed to perfection and that same quality carries over to the interior design as well.
Forbes notes that the artists at Lexus cultivated an interior with refined quality and remarkable appeal, stating: “Lexus stopped at nothing to make this the best interior they ever created in a production vehicle. It stands as a pinnacle for the brand and showcases just how capable Lexus is.”

The seats are quite comfortable, aiding the luxurious character. The steering wheel utilizes a simplistic and tasteful design. The door panels are simply otherworldly for an automobile. Forbes calls the interior one of the LC 500‘s strongest features.
“The flowing Alcantara door panels look like they came from a modern art exhibit with sleek lines and unique floating door handles,” says Forbes. “The rest of the interior features ultra-soft leather, a metal volume control dial, plus a unique passenger dashboard design feature.”
The LC 500 shares the road with many other extravagant automobiles. But when it comes to design, it is clear that the LC 500 is in a class all of its own.
