This kit works perfectly. I have zero issues (no misfires for months etc) I'm currently running it with E-manage.

Wow, Justin, you're selling your kit. Man, now the Seloc crews will have one less turbo IS300, but buying a house or get your own place is much more importance. Hey,guys Neo is a cool guy and a lot of members here in Atl. know him personally. And he did the installation by himself too.
