does any1 know how to program my key for my is300

i bought my car with only 1 key and this key is w/o remote
i just purchased one key i got the cut the already i just need to program the key can some one help me out pls than k u guys

where can we buy laser cut keys at besides dealership? I'm in the houston, tx area.

I would also like to know this.
Wouldn't mind having a couple spares but don't want to pay $300+ to a stealership
