I'm not sure if you would need it or not and I am not familiar with 1.5" drop on an IS300. The only true way to tell is to get your car on the alignment rack after you install the springs. Then you'll see whether you need it or not. But this is assuming the stock toe cams work because on my car, the lip that the toe cam sits on was bent so no matter how much it was turned, the toe stay the same. This will cure any toe problem later on if you wish to lower even more
