*FACEPALM*... If you want to get technical about altering then let's do. I am actually not really altering it by connecting wires.. You were the one who told me in the email to "ALTER" the part by opening up the ECU to try to solder the wire back in. Really? That was your first solution for me when I told you about it.

Sure you are you are altering it from the way it was shipped from me to you..how is that not altering?? when you lengthen the wires?? Let me help you, the deffinition of ALTERING To change or make different; modify...to add length to the wires by soldering would = altering.
