Also do you know if the tabs that the headlights attach to will work on the USDM headlights? I have a set of JDM headlights and the lower bolt on the lights does not reach the lower tab on the fender.

If it didn't reach the lower bolt on USDM fenders I'm sure it will with JDM fenders. I bought this as a clip everything was attached before I parted it.
