Sorry I am slightly confused
this is for an Aristro GTE swap
that will run on a Stock is300 ecu?
in Parallel with the stock GTE ecu?

this is an is300 harness to put an aristo gte into the car to use the is300 ecu so the is can retain all the electronics and sensors as the factory does

its also able to plug into a harness adapter if you were planning to run aem ems or another stand alone

compatible with an N/A 2jz-ge? would it plug in to the ecu in the stock location, or relocated?

It was wired for the 2jzGTE so I don't think it will work with the ge, it is for stock location but I wouldn't feel right selling you something that doesn't work properly so I would say no it wont work the ge motor
