LL i have to watch what i say because others read this also
but w/ the upper timing cover off oil sprays off the timing belt
like a fountain in vegas
HOPEFULY it only spit out the crank seal - but w/ those
sick kids - i'm sure theres more to it
more likly the oil pump is over pressuring the system
& blowing the seal out - yah you have to pull the motor
to replace it - yippy (i've seen this a few times in the past
- i'll try 2/3 new seals before i relent & replace the pump)
what sucks is everythings "new" or is it "new to you" (reads used)
& my customer put maybe 100 miles on it since it got to the eastcoast
truly its nobodys fault or problem stuff happens & its only a car

but - cough/cough i'm sick just thinking about having to do it
thats way i dont buy 'em done i DIY - no problems/no comebacks
