Amp wiring diagrams?

Amp wiring diagrams?
Can anyone get their hands on a wiring diagram for the factory (non ML) amp? or at least some info on how we can integrate the factory radio with aftermarket amps. I have plenty of car audio knowledge, but nothing on this new stuff. I want to bypass the amp so i can put a little more power to the highs and run a sub.

heres the 2006 is250 av terminals.pdf. i am an oem audio expert so bypassing the amp is your expertise. the speaker outputs are back to the 6 pin 10 pin so you can use the cheap 1988 up toyota speaker adapters but changing some of the wires to the new pinouts.
