It's hard to tell from the photos but are those just surface scratches or actual dents on the rear bumper and 1/4 panel?

A few are surface scratches, one is down to the black plastic. If you wanted the car to be perfect, it would need a repaint. I feel the cost of that has been taken into consideration with my asking price, and it is, just an asking price...
