What is the physical condition of the unit? *Any* scratches or bumps on the head unit? I assume this obviously includes the amp and necessary wiring?

No wiring or amps included. Only the head unit. The unit uses the existing wires and amps I am assuming. May want to call Lexus to see if works with Pioneer setup...

Head Unit has no scratches on the front of it.
