heres a comparison shot of 3 pad sizes

the one on the left is the gs stock (puny huh) the one in the middle is the ls430 (nearly twice the surface area of the stock gs) and the one on the right is the supra tt rears (as you can see ls430 are still even larger then supratt)

heres a top shot of the calipers before painting them as you can see the size of the pistons , they are big for more brake trq

i am still surprised that no one wants to step up the braking perf for those who have supra tt fronts or ls400/430 fronts or even some 4 pot stoptechs /rotoras etc..

last chance before i break up the kit and sell stuff sep

the stock rears are just so tiny

I posted but never got a response
Will they fit inside stock 17's?
Can you send me current pics? including mounting brackets
What does the install entail?
Also does the stock parking brake work with these?

i think i did earlier in the post answer the fit question , but the ls430 calipers are not as bulky as the stock gs i have measured from end to end and from the rotor outward , each measurement says it is not as bulky they are longer and look like a bbk caliper so they should fit no problem within stock 17in as far as pics the pic on the first page is as recent as 3 weeks ago i dont have pics of the brackets but they are made out of the same material your stop tech and brembos use , the bolts are number 10-11 strength , oem mainly uses around 8 they fit perfect and work perfect

install requires you to remove stock caliper , remove stock rotor , it requires you to bend back the dust shild and enlargen the opening to fit the 13in rotor or just remove it then you mount the brackets onto the axle carrier/hub mount your rotor and bolt on the caliper and you are done

parking brakes work like stock

as said before these work extremely well , if you have supra tt fronts ls400/430 fronts , stoptech 4pots., brembo 4pots etc etc they will give you a huge increase in brake bal and bias just like why now stoptech is offering a 2pot for the rears but larger pad area and slightly larger piston for increased brake trq.. but since i went to a 6pot front and damm these things scare the crap out of me , my bal/bias has shifted slightly forward , so i want to bal it out with the 4 pot rears and give someone else a chance in america to have a exculsive setup , their is no one else with this and for the money you will be very very happy with perf and esp the looks of the larger caliper and rotor

in simple terms, i guess i will help ed by saying the ls430 brakes setup he has, it should fit under the stock 17s. that's what i heard before
