on another note, you told me you were scammed on your headlights and they sent you back broken ones? how many sets of headlights "off your car in great condition" do you have? you said you took these off, and put hid's in , so what other set are you talking about being scammed with..is this what youre selling? the set you got scammed with? hope not.

 

Yeah, I agree bro.... Paypal if anything, is much more safe than a money order.. They just have to be verified and a confirmed address and you are good to go. But good luck on this.

goodness, move on if he doesn't want to accept your paypal. Upstate, if you're so paranoid of him scamming you, maybe you should learn to PASS.... My understanding is that if you're the seller, you can accept the type of payment YOU want to accept, not the buyers....

 

thanks for your .02 but i dont feel like passing i need the damn lights. paypal is the only way i can pay because i need to use one of my cards for these damn things. and he already accepted paypal from other members, i only requested the same treatment and i absolutely deserve it.

Whether or not you deem it unfair, n0sGS300 is the seller and he can choose the terms. (He can also choose not to sell it to you at all. There is nothing binding about the ad.) I know you may need the item but if you don't like his terms, it is your choice to reject it and move on. At this point, it seems like there may already be some kind of misunderstanding and it is not a good feeling to go into a transaction. Unless you can come to an agreement (in PM), It might be better for both to just walk away.

update, neo has said before to take it to pm, so please follow the rules. we don't need these to go public, it's not going to help or do anything. and again as neo stated, it's up to the seller to sell it to ANYONE of his choice, there is no such thing as dip here and the seller is not required to sell it to anyone in particular order.
