For Sale: TRD Shocks and Eibach Springs
I have a set of TRD Shocks and Eibach Springs off my 2000 GS400 for sale. $300 total for the shocks and the springs, plus shipping. Local pickups are encouraged!
These were on the car when I bought it and here are the particulars:
Shocks say: TRD 48510-JS600 GB07 KYB
I'm guessing these are made for TRD by KYB. They appear to be in great shape.
Springs are Eibach with part number 8255.001 and 8255.002 (front and rear). I do not know if these are the same as the Eibach ProKits. These springs appear to be in great shape too. When they were on the car this combo lowered the car to about a finger or a finger and a half width or so above the 18" wheels. They have a great performance feel and will get rid of that stock float.
These will fit 1998 - 2005 Lexus GS 300/400/430
I'm in Orange County, CA for you local guys and gals.

i have 2 questions?
how many miles are on the shocks and springs?
and what was your reasoning for taking them off?
i mean if they were good and felt cool what would be your reason for taking them off.

I just recently bought the car, and from my understanding the shocks and springs have about 25,000 miles on them. I did not install them the previous owner did.
I just replaced them with a set of Bilstein PSS coilovers. The reason I didn't keep them is because I installed a LS400 Big brake upgrade with the adapter. Using this adapter requires the ability to adjust the height of the car or it won't sit right. Plus i wanted the abiltiy to adjust the car height anyway and this gave me a good reason to buy the coils!
This is a great upgrade for someone who is looking for a more performance type ride.
Here's a pic of the car with this setup installed:
