I can sell you mine off my 99 GS400. I just got the K&N FIPK one and can install it immediately if you want my stock one.

Not sure what it is worth though..................

You can have mine for $300.00 shipped. Let me know if you are interested and I will take it out today or tomorrow.

I will take it one step further. My paypal address is hameed@prudensconsulting.com - so if you want it, send the payment and I will take it out immediately and ship it to you early next week.

Thanks, guys. One gentleman from this forum offered me one for $50 bucks plus shipping a while back. I didn't take him up on it. I will see if he has it for sale still. That's the ballpark I was looking for - someone who no longer needs it and wants to get it out of their garage.

Actually, I have the K&N FIPK on now, ahve had for about a year and like it, but recently have occasionally had the car stall (rare, but irritating) so I wanted to try swapping the intake out.

I cracked the original intake slightly where it meets the throttle body by yanking on it on a cold t\day to take it off - as you know, it's a tight fit. I'm sure that with the band clamp and the thin rubber sleeve it will still seal well, but I would pay 50-75 clams for an intact one if I could get it. I guess the free market supply must not be meeting demand, eh?
