these headlights are off a 1998 GS400. these would be perfect for someone trying to build a custom set of headlights with HID retrofits, projectors, etc.... or someone who needs an extra set to practice clearing out their blinkers and might be worried about doing it on theirs first...the price is going to be $150 SHIPPED..this is a steal for a set of these as ive seen them going on ebay for usually around $80-$100 per side PLUS shipping... both lights are 100% in tact with no cracks or broken tabs. the chrome paint inside the housing of the DRIVER SIDE headlight has a few small scratches near the BOTTOM of the lens..you CANNOT see this unless you bend down and look straight into the lens at it...will NOT affect performance of light... and if youre buying to make a custom light setup you will most likely repaint these anyway.. these lights do NOT have the green tint on them.

these are NON hid housings but if youre building a retrofit kit or custom housings it really doesnt matter.

I hear if you had hid housings, you "could" still retain the auto level functionality if your car came with hid's from the factory to begin with...

These will be retro'd with Q45's..

if you havent done a retrofit already, acleansc4, do one and then tell me if you would use the stock leveling.
the problem with the leveling that is electronic, is that, if you do not have the projector fitted 100% correctly and 100% aligned, once the headlight is plugged in, it will go and align it via electronics. if u have a bad alignment, it will always be misaligned, because the projector might be off, but the bowl may be just normal.
well anyway, goodluck, u wont have to worry about this with the non HID housings. let me know if you have any trouble, ill be more than willing to help you
