13. Calling dibs means absolutely nothing. Who gets the item is the seller's discretion as long as they are not running an auction-style sale. They can reject low offers or even at-asking-price offers based on a number of parameters including prior experience, local buyers, etc.
Guys, let the guy sell his items. He did not break any CL rules by doing this. Whether or not you like his methods, he has every right to sell his items to whomever he chooses. If you did not like how he treated you, remember that and just don't buy anything from him in the future.
