if i hav aftermarket HID kit, i would hav to get new bulbs that fit and would be able to use my current ballast... ????

You will need to get some D2S bulbs to work with this headlight. Your ballas will also need a D2S connector. If it doesn't have that connector, you can pick up a converter on ebay.

WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!!! Right after I've just spent $1100 on timing belt and water pump! And I live in DFW.
