i think tiptronic only came in the 400s, not the 430s. you can also get some of the IS300s steering wheels, they had paddel shiffting too.

98-00 GS400, 01-05 GS300 had them. I think the IS3 steering wheel is smaller than the GS wheel, but not sure.
the IS buttons are different than the GS and will NOT work for me....
unfortunately the dealership does not sell the tiptronic buttons as a separate part, so I am going to have to buy another black steering wheel to get them.
this conversion has not been easy to put together, I was lucky enough to find a single stage RX airbag.
the tiptronic buttons are the last part I need before install.
