This is the modified LMS kit that JPI installed on my 03 GS430. It includes:
-ATI Procharger C-2 (approx 5000 miles on compressor)
-Mounting bracket
-Mounting hardware
-Intercooler
-All plumbing, clamps, connectors, air filter, belts
-HKS Blow off valve
-PLX M300 Wideband Oxygen Sensor Controller
-LMS fuel management system with fuel pump
-PCS Xfc fuel management system with Walpro fuel pump, RC 310cc injectors
$4,000. Price reduced to $3,500!!! PRICE REDUCED TO $3,000
TXGS
In case you are wondering, I'm trading in my GS for an SC.

Here is the thread that JPI started showing the install with a dyno run. This dyno run was with a belt that was a little too big. It was slipping during the dyno run. I changed the belt to a Dayco belt similar to the gatorback belt but didn't get a chance to dyno after changing the belt but the difference was noticeable. It also has the 2.10 pulley (smallest available).

It probably won't fit a GS400 without some modification to the bracket. The kit is complete. You should not need anything except some vacuum hose and fuel line. I assume you would want to use new stuff for vacuum and fuel.

It doesn't fasten to the frame. It bolts on to the right side of the engine. I'm not familiar with the GS400 to know the difference between the 400 engine and the 430 engine.
