I'm sorry but I need to close all your for sale threads until I hear word you've resolved these issues.

It looks like very valid complaints - please work with the buyers to come to an amicable solution. I hope to hear this in very short order or I'd advise folks to begin taking action on refunds via other methods for any in-process transactions.
