I called BG Suspension and they stated that these shock were never supposed to be sold the public as they have a design flaw. Their design flaw is that the front springs do not hold the weight of the car. I have tried to contact BlackGS3 and I got thru to him told him of the problem and he told me that he would get back to me. Now I am trying to get thru to him to no avail. I am out $400 for installation and removal cause my friend could not drive the vehicle the wheel would not turn.

Please get back to me so that we can resolve this issue.
Wow, I find this very bizarr. Are the coils your friend had installed the same ones in the photos at the top of the thread ? If your friend wants to sell them, I may want them. I still cant fathem the fact that the top coils cant hold the weight of the car. The tender coils at the bottom are supposed to squish down a bit, thats what gives the soft part of the ride.

The helper springs, white on the bottom are the same front and back. But the top springs on the front(the black ones) are the flawed ones. I'll let you know see what the seller wants to do and what my friend wants to do.

...hmmm that's really strange because supposedly B&G make some nice suspension...they are affiliated with H&R; I actually almost bought these new 2 years ago when I was looking for suspension. Are you positive that this particular model that was shipped to you was for the GS? This seems real strange. GL and I hope everything works out for you.

I spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with them to identify what the problem is the first question that was asked was the color of the shock, which is gold. Then the representative proceeded to tell me how the suspension for the GS was never supposed to be sold to the public due to the design flaw in the front springs. They also stated that since they did not produce these for over 3 years and never meant to distribute them they never made a spring that resolves the problem. The representative told me that they only thing that I could do is attempt to find a spring that will fit, when I asked him what would fit he said that the spring was of a specialized design and he knew no one who makes anything like it.

Was for the GS researched the coilovers on other sites that sell them but no ratings on them or complaints thus why I didn't know that this would be the case. Hopefully the seller steps up and we can come to some kind of resolution because right now he is absolutely ignoring all attempts at contacting him via pm, phone, and this thread.

I made sure to ask for vouches before going thru with this transaction, and this is the pm he sent me.

I have a few people that can vouch for me. Below are the member names and transactions.

olmytsi - clear fog lights
italianlex - oem lexus engine cover and 15" kicker sub
teelex - vertex rear bumper cover
//935gs400 - jp vizage polyurethane side skirts
aristov400 - Greddy Front lip

so keeping my fingers crossed for a response from him.

Those are not vouches though. I would guess those people were either buyers or sellers. A voucher would take responsibility if the deal went wrong. That is why vouchers are supposed to post in the thread themselves.
