1st batch are kinda known for having cracked headers but second batch is improved as i heard but i dont trust them either way unless you get the whole header re weld again

^ that's the first batch for sure...look at the 3-4" space between pipes 2 and 3. Eventhough they are separate pipes the second + batches have weld up this entire area for added strength. This is where the cracks typically are from what I have seen.

Good deal here welding or no welding and I hear good for 20 HP and 20 TQ. Add a set of high flow cats while ur at it and gain a little more.
