That would be a UGO installed on an IS300.
Don't ask me how I know that.
The DSR spoiler mounts to the rubber weatherstrip , not to the glass or the body.
You would need to use some type of adhesive glue and hold it in place to dry. Possibly RTV Silicone will work.

Actually...the DSR v2 mounts to the weather strip and glass.
