I bought it for my 2nd GS. I just don't have the time to take it into the shop to cut off my exhaust tips and weld these on.

They do look like ls460 tips, but no their made by JDM. Here's a pic of them mounted onto a Scion.

That's actually a subaru legacy. I wonder how they would fill out the stock bumper gap on a 2GS rear bumper...how wide are they?

The round part does fit into the stock bumper, but only part i see that may need modify is the flange part is 3/4 wider then the stock bumper hole. So you would need to cut a small slit into the bumper so the flange part would slide into the bumper to mount.
