WHERE IS MY PART MAN.....i paid for this part on the 18th...NEVER heard anything else from you about it till i emailed you on the 27th asking you where my part was, you didn't answer my email till the 30th saying you would ship it out that Monday the 30th. well here it is NOW the 7th of April and i STILL don't have my part. this is TERRIBLE communication/shipping. tomorrow will be 21 days and i have no part STILL and have had NO communication from you unless i initiate it! i will also be pm-ing you this same statement. this is now my 2nd transaction with you and i'm sure it will be the last as the 1st one went crappy too!

 

i will say this again, let me find the status from my partner. and no need to flip out on a 45 part. i can easily refund you the money, i have no bad intentions.

 

n i will say this again...its not about the price of the part, its about your customer service lately .im not flipping out. im actually very calm, im just annoyed when after 2 weeks i finally email u, u tell me its gonna ship out last monday and a week and a few days l8r its STILL not here.i DONT want a refund, i want the part i paid for and need and have been waiting on for as of 2morrow 21 days

 

ok just to let u know i did FINALLY get this 21 days after payment...came in this morning. along with another part i didnt order but im happy to finally have my piece...although im not happy bout the tab broken but its a easy fix with some epoxy...so im satisfied i guess u can say. ty
