thing I am looking for
-Supra turbo 3.76 final with torsen rear diff pumpkin
-full set of name brand audio (headunit, front components, rear 2/3 way, amp, sub, box)
WHY HKS?
These aren't your cheaper coilovers. Made by HKS in their own factory unlike the other made in wherever OEM coil overs with just different paint jobs. Also has an upper mount and not a solid or pillow ball upper mount so the ride won't be as harsh or won't make weird sounds.
DETAILS
Rode just fine the day I took them off (yesterday). One of the front is leaking, but rides just fine. I didn't actually notice it leaking until I had to take the wheel off one day. Rebuild is probably around 150.00. A buddy of mine rebuilt his TEIN not too long ago and was 150/strut. Front collars are hard to turn and the bushing for one of the rear may be messed up...had a hard time taking the bolt off.
These do ride low though. I'm only on 18"s but the top of the fender sat lower than the top of the tire.

I had a ClubLexus member recommended me xxxx Motorsports (name I won't release for now) and quoted me 225 for seal, oil, and nitrogen per shock.
Then I contacted a buddy of mine who knows a very reputable shop who said that I ship to HKS using a return # and they look at the cost of rebuild, and report back, and I accept or decline it. If I go ahead and have them okay it, they rebuild it. The turn around time was said to be "usually quick".
So sorry, no solid answer, but this is what I found out when I was considering rebuilding these.
