^^ it comes with everything necessary for it work properly. i don't know what brackets you are referencing.. comes with piping for the intake, couplers, clamps, heatshield, and a filter.

i've had alot of interest in this intake but no one has jumped the gun yet. cmon guys someone must want some more power, torque and better mpg's!
