Yes it will. It is designed to replace the stock y-pipe.

What is the O.D. of the runners after the resonators. Also, are you sure this is designed for the 2GS application since I know that OBX makes the Y-pipe for the IS300 application and in order for it to fit on the GS, the pipe has to be lengthen.

IDK the O.D. of the runners, but it is for the GS300, I purchased a header y-pipe set for the GS300 but I already have a after market y-pipe.
