Well built specifically for the trunk of the 2nd Gen GS complete with a "fake wall" so the trunk of the car doesn't look like it has a huge boom box sitting in it. I had to remove it to fit all of the crap you have to fit in the trunk of a car when you have kids.

The speakers are MB Quart 12". Amp is a Sony Xplod 1200. I'm not a stereo nerd, but I can tell you that these subs combined with the factory Nakamichi is the best sounding system I've ever heard.

So, I'm assuming the subs are behind the wall when the wall is installed? So when the stereo is on and the subs are thumping, is there no vibration against this wall? Does it attach to the sub box somehow?

Good questions.

The panel does screw to the box so there are no vibrations. The panel is very thin wood with round cut-outs where the speakers are. The subs sit behind their grills and the thin carpet lays across everything. The speakers are only seen in the trunk shots because of the camera flash.

Let me know if any of that doesn't make sense.
