it does cover the oem holes for sure, my car had a stock spoiler on it initially. I didnt even think about the fact that I gotta fill them until you said that....damn!!

I just went out of town until Thursday afternoon, I will get you a top shot then.

Actually the answer could also be no, it depends on the type of OEM spoiler you had mounted. Lexus had several varieties depending on year, dealer-installed, factory/ port-installed, etc.

I had a Win Racing spoiler for my GS and based on what I'd read on the forums had my bodyshop prep and paint it to put on planning for it to cover them. We found it did NOT fully cover all the OEM spoiler holes in my trunk and I had to put the OEM spoiler back on (due to a car show the following week).

To make sure, I will take some pics and measurements from underneath. I kinow it covers my holes for sure. I didnt realize there were different spoilers for our cars.

thanks for the heads up ... hopefully those top shots would give a better idea if they cover my bolt locations.
