I had a Win Racing spoiler for my GS and based on what I'd read on the forums had my bodyshop prep and paint it to put on planning for it to cover them. We found it did NOT fully cover all the OEM spoiler holes in my trunk and I had to put the OEM spoiler back on (due to a car show the following week).

Actually the answer could also be no, it depends on the type of OEM spoiler you had mounted. Lexus had several varieties depending on year, dealer-installed, factory/ port-installed, etc.
