I'm not entirely sure, Ian. I never installed them, and the Tanabe site incorrectly says they aren't adjustable (which they obviously are just by looking at the threading on the shock). Other's have commented that they definitely do not go as low as the Stance or Megan coilovers, but they could get fairly low if the helper springs aren't used. Supposedly those helper springs are just used for stock-like comfort and shouldn't affect much else.
