Hope whoever bought it posts up when it's done.
If you are referencing the RMM bracket, it doesn't fit a 430, but can be made to fit. In this case the bracket was already designed to fit a 430. It is the 430 that has a clearance issue, so the inverse to fit a 400 "should" allow this bracket to fit without a problem.

Well, you can contact Mo from Swift Racing Technologies (SRT) in Maryland. he mentioned about a year ago he would/could build a "one-off" SC kit for $8-9K installed, tuned and everything. One thing is, it has to be done at his shop and you would be out of a car for at least 3 weeks; this is how much time he said he would need.

The tensioner pulley assembly protrudes into the bracket. Not sure why they changed the pulley design, as it's not much different and the wort thing is the old and new pulley have the exact same part number.
You either have to find a used GS400 pulley or modify the bracket to clear the interference area. Structurally there may be some weakening of the bracket depending on how you do it. The best way would be to redesign the bracket to reinforce the area weakened.
