Default Tom's Air filter / HID kit for sale

Finally, these will be the last 2 items out of my GS...I am asking $50 for the filter and $250 for the HID kit. Here's the link to the filter http://www.l-tunedparts.com/html/par...400_GS430.html

As for the HID kit, it's the one that fits all the 9006 so it would work if you have a civic, accord, or anything that takes 9006. It's got the phillips ballast with installation was pnp and it took me about 20min....pls email me at dave240@pacbell.net if intrested.

Where do you guys get the exact HID kit that comes w/ 400's..is that the 6000k Philips I keep hearing about on here? I'm trying to match it perfectly (have a GS3, 2000) with the 400's

umm... the stock one is 4100k. if your gs300 doesn't have hid and you just want o match the color, get the 9006 4100k hid and you are set. 6000k is NOT used in any cars stock now coz' it's illegal.

but keep in mind, you won't have auto-leveling

Henry, Thats strange because my friend has a 99 400 with Hid and we compared the lights side by side with my 4100k HID. His are a lot more blue, like they are the 6100K. Mine are A LOT brighter and more white.

So, I'm assuming that the higher the number, the more color is in the light? Someone told me that the 400 headlight glass has some sort of tint on'em also, I wonder can that affect the brightness and/or color? I just want to get that real blue look, like the new Audis and BMWs have. If anyone has some additional info on this matter, let me know...

There is a 5000K HID bulb.... It might be that one, and it's real blue, not purplish....

that's weird, i have seen both 4100k and 5300k and they are both yellow compared to the 6000k i have. but then i wasn't comparing from the same car model.... it could be the green tint layer on the 00+ gs?

Hey Rom, The 5000K is the bluest... Our 6000K are like a blue/purplish color.... I'm thinking about switching over to the 5000's.....
