not sure if this allowed if not sorry, but for anyone interested in this I will be selling just the SRT Ecu shortly after I install my SAFC

I bought it used without the ECU as stated above. I figure it will be similar to the K & N Cold Air Intake since that unit is $300+ and it doesn't have an ECU.

All SRT Intakes have the billet MAF Adapter, Red Silicone Boots, the aluminum heat shield and the AFE filter. All of these units are present in the picture.

Not unless your using it w/ a SAFC or some piggy back ecu.
