Is everything there that would be needed to just swap out my headlights and tail lights using the existing wiring harnesses, clips, screws, etc? I have a 2000 GS300.

Yes everything is there, you just need to use the factory ballast for the hid bulbs that comes with the headlights and the tail lights are just plug n play

sorry no pics on the car cause I sold my GS before I put them on, and I only have these tail lights and no outer. No resistors just plug and play. These are Anzo
