Correct, the bulbs for the turn and reverse are not included. Reverse lights use a 194 bulb; I find a CREE LED works better than OEM, and the turn signals can be swapped over from the original OEM housing.

Housing yes, the bulbs aren't included because I need to put them back with my original lights. It was that way when I purchased it as well.
The brake lights and all that good stuff in the upper portion are LED boards that obviously are included.

i'm still a rookie just wanna make sure i'm correct here so ur selling the complete tail light set up all 4???? the 2 outer tail light & the 2 inner tail light thats on th trunk???? can this fit on a 01 GS 430 as well?? thank you
