Sway bars are in essence a lateral spring, they come in different rates, some softer and stiffer depending on what application you use them for.

I do not believe the spring rate was ever published for the TRD sway bars. Information is scarce and the only numbers you'll find are useless metrics such as bar diameter and xxx% stiffer than stock. As if most people know how stuff the stock ones really are.
