How much for the two A/C lines that go from the firewall to the condenser and the other line runs to the compressor?

Please email sw1@usa.com the pics of black front armrest and shifter if you have. Let me know if you already shipped the marker plugs cause if the armrest and shifter are in good condition, I could save on shipping.
