I have a Pre 4-06 MFG date 350. If these came off one of these I will take them. There is a very specific part number. 42607-30030-04 is the part number that will fit the 4-06 MFG cars. Let me know if it that and I will take them. I need them ASAP!!

Your car will take both the pre and post April 06 sensors. I'm running the post-April 06 sensors in my pre-April 06 IS350 right now.

dont have exact part number but they will work, all tpms for 2IS from 06-09 will work

How about you just take a picture...

06-09 doesn't mean anything.

That is not what my dealer is telling me. I know a couple of the guys in the shop as well, so they are not trying to make me buy them from their shop by any means. I just would be way more comfortable knowing the part number before I make the purchase.

I'll say it again - my IS350 was built in September of 2005. I'm running the post-April 2006 TPMS in my car right now. Don't worry, they'll work.

06-09 means ALL model IS 250/350 so here are ur pics buddy.......

I workd at Lexus of Pembroke Pines (945-443-2020) in the service dept. so i know the guys in parts pretty well and I asked them these questions about "pre" or "post" and they told me that ALL IS 250/350 have the same TPMS and they are even interchangable between the 3rd gen GS's so I mean straight up they will work, so i dont know what else to say other than call them your self if you like.
