does it have to be megan??? there is a new mid pipe for the ISX50 in a GB, check the vendors forum

Yup, it's the Invidia Midpipe for ISX50. It should be a better quality and engineered product compared to the Megan.

If you do pick up the Invidia, it would be great if you can post some pictures and a short review.
